Big Lottery Grant for The Work Academy

The Work Academy was awarded a grant of £8,000 to train a number of young people that are disadvantaged in the work place and not in employment, education or training. Construction training skills will be delivered to 7 young people along with health and safety training and CSCS tests.

Maria Collins a director for The Work Academy said “We are delighted to receive this grant from Awards for All, this funding will enable us to training and develop a group of young people to progress their lives and fulfil their goals and ambitions”.
