'Tribal' awards The Work Academy with a grant of £11,000 to train ex-offenders in construction trade skills and employability training.

Maria Collins, Chief Executive for The Work Academy said "we are delighted to be able to offer training to this disadvantaged group, we can make real changes to the employability of these people".
